Muhazi – is grown at an altitude of 1,600 meters. The pure spring water and volcanic soil around Lake Muhazi allow Arabica coffee trees to grow taller than elsewhere in Rwanda. Muhazi coffee beans have an unusual bitter-sweet flavor, allowing you to feel traces of chocolate and strong black tea at the same time. The plantations of this coffee are located in the eastern part of Rwanda, in the region of Lake Muhazi, at an altitude of 1,700 m. Fertile soil gives the coffee the taste of cocoa and aromatic black tea.

Very unique, light roasted coffee, recommended for pour-over methods, you can also try alternative methods.
